Yoga at work

Yoga has been part of my life for about 13 years.
I recently became a certified yoga teacher — a journey that deepened my own practice and expanded the way I support others.

It’s the ideal form of movement: it strengthens the muscles while gently stretching them, making the body both more flexible and more resilient. At the same time, it brings your focus to the breath and the present moment. The mind begins to calm. It’s like meditating in motion.

Yoga is often described as a union — with yourself, your breath, and the present moment. In our fast-paced Western lives, this practice offers exactly what we often lack — a way to come home to ourselves.

Yoga is a powerful tool to support employee well-being and performance. It reduces stress, improves focus, and enhances resilience—key factors in today’s demanding work environments. Regular practice leads to fewer sick days, increased productivity, and a more positive team atmosphere.

Yoga styles and Formats

What Yoga styles do I offer?

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, flowing style that links movement and breath. Great for building strength, flexibility, and focus — perfect for those who enjoy a more active, energizing practice. This style can be adapted to the group’s needs.

Hatha Flow

A gentle, grounding practice that focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and balance. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking to slow down and reconnect with their body.

Yin/Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing and calming practice. Yin targets the deeper tissues through longer holds, while Restorative uses props to fully support the body. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and emotional balance. There is a focus on very few poses during the session (about 5-7).
