3-month LOVE YOURSELF BOOTCAMP
I believe that everyone has the potential to feel good in their skin, love themselves and fulfill their dreams.
That’s what inspired me to create this self-love coaching course. It guides you to build a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself. You’ll uncover your strengths, track your menstrual cycle for greater self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion through inner child work. By recognizing emotional triggers and shifting thought patterns, you’ll navigate challenges with clarity. You’ll also explore your relationship with your body, fostering gratitude and acceptance, while deepening your understanding of love and self-worth. Shit happens in life. We function, but we don’t really live. With self-love you can start living againg, feeling joy again without making any brutal changes in your life. This coaching course empowers you to embrace yourself fully and nurture a lasting sense of self-love.

In the 3-month Love Yourself Bootcamp you will learn how to take care of yourself emotionally. Loving yourself—what does that even mean? It means feeling comfortable in your own skin, handling mistakes with grace, and learning from them instead of beating yourself up. It’s about knowing your strengths and using them in everyday life, while also being open to growth and knowing that nobody’s perfect. It means showing up for yourself when things get tough, understanding what you need, and actually giving it to yourself. Self-love helps you set boundaries, actively take charge of your life, and fill your own cup—so instead of needing someone to complete you, you get to choose who you share your fullness with. With people that uplift you. Sounds impossible? That’s because no one teaches us how to do this. But it can be learned—and I can teach you.
What does the package include?
How will it work?
6x60min Coaching Sessions
We will meet each other in the virtual world 6x in these 3 months. Every two weeks we will have a video call for 60 minutes. Every session has a main topic we will work on (see below).
Regular e-mail check-ins
I will check-in with you regularly via e-mail. 1-2x per week. You can always reach out to me via e-mail during the bootcamp.
Workbooks included
After every call I’ll send you a workbook with exercises for the following two weeks.

Practical tips
I’ll give you a lot of practical tips for your everyday life how to handle difficult situations/emotions.
Payment plan possible
If you’d prefer to divide your payment, we can absolutely work out a solution.
Affirmations sheet
The package includes a sheet full of affirmations for difficult situations or when feeling down.

We will focus on discovering and embracing your unique qualities, using them as a foundation for confidence and growth.
Session 02
Your feminine cycle
In this session you will learn to recognize the emotional and physical patterns throughout your cycle, using this knowledge to support your well-being and enhance your self-awareness.

Your inner child
Self-compassion is connected to your inner child. Let’s meet them and learn how to be kind and understanding toward yourself.
session 04
Your triggers
Identify recurring emotional triggers and limiting beliefs, and develop strategies to navigate them with awareness.
session 05
Your body
– Shift your perspective on your body, moving from criticism to gratitude, and strengthen the relationship with your physical self.
session 06
Your worth
Explore what makes you feel loved and deepen your sense of self-worth beyond external validation.

Psychological background
With a background in psychology, I help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to uncover underlying patterns—because only by recognizing them can true change begin.

Everyone has a distinctive way experiencing the world and life. I focus on each client’s unique way of feeling, thinking, and behaving to help them achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their natural tendencies.

Listening to my clients, like really listening is one of my greatest strengths. I will offer clients impulses that inspire deeper reflection.

Everyone has strengths and limitations. I work with my clients to identify and build on their strengths, instead of focusing on their limitations. I encourage them to leverage these strengths to overcome challenges and find solutions.
Cheerleading
I’m the biggest fan of my clients, because I know how hard they try and I know how unforgiving this world sometimes is. I always try to support them and just be there for them.

Practicality is something I really value. That’s why I incorporate tons of practical techniques you can easily apply in your everyday life.
Feeling(s)
Since feelings play a key role in a fulfilling life, I aim to explore emotions more deeply during my sessions. We will give them names and feel them properly. There is nothing to fear, they’re fleeting like clouds in the sky.

What happens after I pay?
After you place an order, you will get an invoice by e-mail. You will also get a welcome e-mail with all the details explaining what’s going to happen next and with the first workbook (goal setting, …). I will get in touch with you within 24h and we will schedule our first online coaching session.
What if I don’t want to continue anymore?
When you purchased my package you agreed to a non-refund policy. But if you have valid reasons for not wanting to continue, we can always find a solution together.
Can I postpone my scheduled online sessions?
Yes, it’s no problem to postpone your scheduled online sessions, but please do so at least 24 hours in advance out of respect for my schedule. I understand that life happens, and that’s totally okay—just let me know as soon as you can. If postponing the sessions will occur repeatedly we will discuss this in our sessions.
