Yoga for Kids

Bring Yoga to your kids

Vision & Mission

Yoga with kids

Yoga with kids is a joyful and rewarding practice that supports healthy development in both body and mind. Through playful movement, breathing exercises, and mindful moments, children are introduced to tools that help them grow more confident, calm, and connected — to themselves and the world around them. Yoga can improve flexibility, coordination, focus, and emotional regulation, all in a way that feels fun and natural to children.

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching yoga to children from 18 months up to school age in Texas, USA. In my sessions, we move through age-appropriate yoga poses using storytelling, music, games, and plenty of imagination. I incorporate simple breathing exercises, short meditations, and relaxing moments that help kids unwind and become aware of their feelings. Every session is a blend of play and mindfulness designed to meet children where they are.

It’s especially important to me that children enjoy the experience. Yoga with little ones isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about movement, expression, curiosity, and getting to know their bodies in a kind and playful way. Whether we’re pretending to be animals, trees, or flying through space, each pose helps develop balance, strength, and motor skills in a safe and engaging environment.

If you’re looking for a meaningful, fun, and enriching activity for your child or group, kids yoga offers a beautiful way to support wellbeing from an early age. Whether in schools, daycare centers, or private groups, these sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of the children and the setting. I’d love to bring this experience to your space.
