Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, flowing style that links movement and breath. Great for building strength, flexibility, and focus — perfect for those who enjoy a more active, energizing practice. This style can be adapted to the group’s needs.
Hatha Flow
A gentle, grounding practice that focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and balance. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking to slow down and reconnect with their body.
Yin/Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing and calming practice. Yin targets the deeper tissues through longer holds, while Restorative uses props to fully support the body. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and emotional balance. There is a focus on very few poses during the session (about 5-7).
